Key Lines

Key lines are specific products or subcategories that can be added to selected reports, allowing team members or managers to monitor their sales during a session. For example, they can be used to track performance in sales competitions, such as who can sell the most desserts or hot drinks. By adding these items as key lines, their sales can be easily tracked and analysed.

Depending on the reports used in some instances the system will require employees to 'Clock In / Out' on point of sale terminals to reset the quantities back to zero
Navigate to Theme Modelling → Key Lines

Setting Key Lines

Follow these steps to set key lines:

  1. Select either

    • Products from the left

      or

    • Subcategories from the right

  2. Click the Arrow icons to move the selection into the middle list

    Up to 10 selections can be made

Additional Options

The following additional options can be used when adding key lines:

  • Clicking headers within either product or subcategories will sort the list

  • Using the search can quickly help to find items to be added
